Airport, hotel and station connections
For a ZRH arrival, use the flight details and the complete destination address. For a departure from your hotel, reverse the route and enter the requested collection time. A return airport journey is a separate movement with its own time and address; do not assume it is included in the arrival request.
For Zürich Hauptbahnhof (HB), add the train details and agree a collection point. If the station connects with a flight, explain both parts of the schedule. A transport enquiry should leave room for the connection rather than using a website estimate as a guarantee.

Further than the city centre
Lucerne, Basel and Interlaken are examples for an onward quote. Rapperswil and the Rhine Falls can be described as a day itinerary with stops and a return. Give the final street address or agreed visitor drop-off point, and distinguish a direct transfer from a vehicle expected to remain with you.
For an Alpine resort, include the property, equipment and any final connection. Cross-border requests such as Konstanz or Munich need the destination country and an individually agreed scope. None of these examples is a timetable, availability promise or driving-time guarantee.

Do route buttons provide a fixed fare?
No. They start a Transfer enquiry with suggested locations. The exact addresses, date, time, vehicle and requirements are needed for a quote. Review the price before confirming.
Can I reverse an airport route?
Yes. For a hotel-to-airport request, enter the hotel as pickup and ZRH as destination. Use your requested hotel collection time, and put the flight details in the optional fields or comments.
Is a district name enough to confirm pickup?
No. Old Town, Seefeld, Enge or Zurich West is useful context, but a full address and an agreed collection point are needed. Replace suggested locations with the actual address before sending.
Are the onward-city examples confirmed services?
They are destinations you can ask about. Availability, the precise route, stops and any cross-border conditions need to be checked for your request. No driving time or scheduled service is guaranteed here.
