How do I request an airport transfer?
Use Zurich Airport (ZRH) or your full collection address, the destination and a Europe/Zurich pickup time. Continue to the vehicle and contact step. Send a quote request; a journey requires separate booking confirmation.
Where will I meet the driver?
Zurich Airport has Arrival 1 and Arrival 2 pickup areas. Confirm the exact arrivals area, meeting point and contact arrangement with your booking. Add your flight and any name-sign request; do not assume that a taxi rank and a prearranged meeting are the same place.
Can I request an hourly journey?
Choose Hourly chauffeur, select a duration and add your itinerary in the comments. Availability, included mileage and additional time need confirmation.
Which time zone should I use?
Use Europe/Zurich local pickup date and time: CET (UTC+1) in winter and CEST (UTC+2) in summer. Enter the collection time rather than the flight departure time. If travel falls around a clock change, ask for the exact pickup time to be checked in the confirmation.
Can I request a child seat or larger vehicle?
Include each child’s age and seat needs, then count everyone and all standard bags. Describe skis, pushchairs and mobility aids separately. The seven class limits are planning guidance; equipment, the exact vehicle and the fit of oversized luggage need confirmation.
What will my journey cost?
Request a quote for your exact route and vehicle needs. Prices, payment and cancellation conditions must be agreed before booking. No fixed fare or free cancellation policy is assumed.
