Zurich transfer services

Choose Transfer for a pickup and destination, or Hourly chauffeur for a pickup and requested duration. Use the airport, hourly, business and city-to-city guides below to prepare the details for your Zurich visit. A clear enquiry is followed by a quote and separate booking confirmation.

Your plans.
Our starting point.

From the first airport arrival to the next meeting, build the journey around your day.

01 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY

A direct transfer or a vehicle by the hour?

Choose Transfer when the useful question is how to get from a pickup address to a destination on a particular date. That can be ZRH to a hotel, a hotel to a meeting or a journey onward from Zurich. Add planned stops rather than leaving the quote to assume a direct route.

Choose Hourly chauffeur when several stops and the time spent between them form one itinerary. A requested duration is only part of that brief: include the addresses, appointment times and intended finish. There is no published rule that one format is always cheaper or available.

02 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY

One brief, with the details that matter

For a ZRH arrival, include the flight and exact accommodation address. For a business visit, mark fixed appointment times and separate guest movements. For an excursion or Alpine stay, list stops, the final property and bulky equipment. Check every date and collection time in Europe/Zurich, especially if you are organising travel from abroad.

The next step is a written quote and confirmation of the arrangements. Review the vehicle, timing, price and relevant payment, waiting and cancellation terms. Requesting a service on the website does not by itself reserve a vehicle or confirm a journey.

Before you send an enquiry

  • Decide whether the request is one direct leg or a multi-stop itinerary.
  • Collect full addresses and Zurich local dates/times.
  • Count all travellers and bags; describe non-standard equipment.
  • List stops, fixed appointments and any return movement.
  • Note any special arrangements that need written confirmation.

Three steps to a clear plan

  1. Compare the four guides

Each service page explains the information that makes its enquiry useful.

  2. Choose a vehicle preference

Use the approved fleet’s passenger and standard-bag figures, and describe bulky items.

  3. Review before confirming

Agree the actual arrangements and terms; the enquiry is a starting point, not a confirmed booking.

Zurich transfer services: FAQs

Can I use the same form for all four services?

Yes. Choose Transfer for a pickup and destination, or Hourly chauffeur for a pickup and requested duration. Add business, airport, stops or onward-route details in the relevant optional fields and comments.

Which vehicle should I choose?

Compare the passenger and standard-bag figures in the fleet, then account for child seats, bulky luggage and equipment. You can select Please recommend if you need help. Availability, the exact model and the fit of your belongings must be confirmed.

Will submitting the form confirm my journey?

No. It sends an enquiry for review. Check the quote, pickup instructions and applicable terms, and wait for separate booking confirmation before relying on the journey.

Can I request both outward and return journeys?

Yes. Provide the pickup, destination, date and time for each leg, including any different passengers or baggage. Ask for both movements to be identified in the quote and confirmation rather than assuming the return is included.
