Business travel in Zurich
Use Transfer for one Zurich business journey, or Hourly chauffeur for a sequence of meetings with the same party. Provide the travellers, full office or venue addresses, fixed appointment times and separate arrival movements. Raise billing and equipment requirements before confirming.
Enquiry only · confirmation required.
01 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
Airport arrival, hotel stop and the first meeting
Give the inbound flight and meeting time separately. A flight landing at ZRH is not the same as a guest being ready to leave arrivals. Explain whether the traveller needs a hotel stop to leave bags, and whether this is a quick drop-off or a separate appointment with its own timing.
Use the full venue address and reception or entrance details. Oerlikon, Zurich West and the city centre describe broad areas; the actual building matters. For a conference or a meeting near the airport, identify the venue rather than assuming that all airport-area locations share one collection point.
02 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
Coordinate colleagues and separate movements
For guests arriving on different flights or trains, list each arrival, the travellers assigned to it and their bags. Ask for overlapping movements to be assessed separately. One enquiry does not reserve several vehicles, and a larger class does not solve a conflict between two pickup times.
Choose Hourly chauffeur for a sequence of appointments with one party, or describe separate direct legs where the groups and timings differ. Mark fixed meeting times, expected stop lengths and the final drop-off. For Zürich HB, include the train and agree a station collection point rather than simply writing “central station.”
03 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
Billing, equipment and international contacts
Provide a reachable traveller or organiser contact with country code and explain who should receive the collection instructions. Use Europe/Zurich times throughout the itinerary. Colleagues arranging travel from another time zone should check that the written pickup date and time match the local schedule.
Raise invoice, purchase-order, currency and payment requirements before confirming. The operator must confirm what can be provided; there is no assumed corporate credit account or tax treatment. Describe presentation cases, mobility needs or requested amenities, and avoid including confidential meeting material that is unnecessary for transport.

All seven vehicles for your journey
Match the category to each group of travellers and the baggage or equipment moving with them. A class preference and a capacity requirement are separate parts of the brief. Compare all seven options below, then explain any presentation equipment, multiple guest movements or larger cases before confirming the assigned vehicle.

Questions worth settling
Business travel in Zurich: FAQs
Should I choose Transfer or Hourly chauffeur for business travel?
Use Transfer for a direct journey with one pickup and destination. Choose Hourly chauffeur when you want several stops considered as one itinerary. Describe the actual schedule so the appropriate arrangement can be confirmed rather than assuming one format is always cheaper or available.
Can I enquire on behalf of a colleague?
Yes. Identify the traveller and the person coordinating the journey, and provide a contact arrangement that will work at collection. Include only the information needed for transport; confidential meeting details are not required.
Can I request transport for several arriving guests?
List each arrival, group size, luggage and destination. If the times overlap, ask for the separate movements to be assessed. Vehicle availability and coordination of multiple legs must be confirmed; a single enquiry does not reserve several vehicles.
Will a company invoice be available?
State the company details and any invoice or purchase-order requirements when enquiring. The operator must confirm the billing format, currency, payment conditions and applicable tax information in the quote. A corporate account or particular invoicing treatment is not assumed.
Are Wi-Fi, refreshments or a particular driver language included?
No such inclusion is promised on this website. If an amenity, language or accessibility arrangement matters to the journey, request it in the comments and wait for specific confirmation before relying on it.
