Hourly chauffeur in Zurich

Choose Hourly chauffeur for a Zurich itinerary with several stops: enter the first pickup and requested duration, then list the stops, fixed appointments and final drop-off. The quote must confirm time, distance, waiting and availability for that plan.

01 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY

A Zurich itinerary with several stops

Hourly hire can be useful when the same party needs several movements during one day. Start with a full hotel or office address and list the stops in order. A meeting in Oerlikon, a visit in the city centre and a final drop-off in Seefeld should each have a usable address and an indication of time spent there.

Use Transfer for a single direct journey. For an hourly request, distinguish fixed appointments from flexible visits, and say whether the vehicle is expected to remain available between stops. A duration by itself does not define the distance, waiting or route that a quote needs to cover.

02 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY

Lakeside visits and city stops need practical access

If your plan includes the Old Town, a lakeside walk or a booked attraction, separate the vehicle leg from the time you intend to spend on foot. Ask about an appropriate drop-off and return meeting point rather than assuming that a vehicle can wait beside a landmark or reach every entrance.

Tickets, guides, restaurant reservations and attraction opening times are separate from a chauffeur enquiry unless expressly agreed. If a boat, train or timed admission is part of the day, list the connection and leave room for the transfer on either side. Use the official tourism guide to plan visits and check current details.

03 / PLAN YOUR JOURNEY

Agree time, distance and the end of the day

The form’s two-to-twelve-hour choices describe a requested duration in selected increments. They are not a published tariff or a statement of minimum hire. Ask for the quote to specify the time covered, intended route, mileage arrangements, planned waiting and the treatment of extra time.

Say early if the day ends at ZRH, continues to Rapperswil or extends into another region. Longer distances can change the practical scope even when the selected duration stays the same. Additional stops, a late meeting or an extended return require agreement; an hourly request does not promise unlimited changes.

A clear hourly itinerary includes

  • First pickup address, date and Zurich local start time.
  • Requested duration and intended final drop-off.
  • Stops in order, with full addresses and fixed appointment times.
  • Expected time at each stop and any planned waiting.
  • Passengers, standard bags and equipment that stays in the vehicle.
  • Any airport leg, journey outside Zurich or accessibility request.
  • Any timed admission, boat or train connection arranged separately.

Three steps to a clear plan

  1. Choose your starting point

Select Hourly chauffeur, then enter pickup, date, time and a requested duration.

  2. Outline the itinerary

Use the comments for stops, appointment times, expected waiting and the final address.

  3. Confirm the scope

Review availability, the vehicle, included time/distance and additional-time terms before confirming.

All seven vehicles for your journey

Choose for the people and equipment travelling throughout the day, including anything that stays with the vehicle between stops. Compare all seven categories below rather than treating a class label as extra luggage space. The exact vehicle, the fit of larger items and the arrangements for the full itinerary still need confirmation.

Hourly chauffeur in Zurich: FAQs

Do the duration choices mean there is a two-hour minimum?

No. The form’s duration choices describe the length of an enquiry. Minimum hire, availability, pricing and the exact period covered must be set out in your quote rather than inferred from a dropdown option.

Can an hourly itinerary include the airport?

You can ask for an airport pickup or final drop-off as part of the itinerary. Add the flight details, addresses and the overall schedule so the route, time and terms can be checked together. An airport leg is not automatically included in every hourly quote.

Is a route or mileage allowance included?

There is no published mileage allowance for all enquiries. List the intended stops and any travel outside Zurich, then ask the quote to identify the route or distance covered and the treatment of additional travel.

What if a meeting finishes later than planned?

Ask how extra time and itinerary changes will be handled when reviewing the quote. A longer appointment may affect the vehicle’s availability and price; additional hours are not guaranteed simply because the original request was hourly.

Can I include a lake visit or an excursion outside Zurich?

Describe the destination, stops, walking time and intended return. The route, time and vehicle availability need individual confirmation. Guiding, tickets, boat travel and attraction reservations are separate unless expressly included in the agreed arrangements.
